Independent Lift and Escalator Consultant

Pressing the Elevator Button

Welcome

What is a Lift Consultant? And why do I need one?

A Lift Consultant is a professional who specialises in the design, installation, maintenance and modernisation of lifts, escalators and other vertical transportation systems. They provide expert advice and guidance to clients who are planning to install, refurbish or upgrade a lift system in a building.

Lift Consultants work with architects, engineers, builders and building owners to ensure that the lift system is designed and installed to meet the specific needs of the building and its occupants. They also ensure that the lift system complies with all relevant codes and regulations and that the equipment is safe, reliable and efficient.  They manage ongoing maintenance and repair services and are usually involved in the modernisation of existing lift systems to improve performance, reliability and safety.

Overall, the role of a Lift Consultant is to help building owners and managers make informed decisions about lift systems and to ensure that these systems are safe, reliable and efficient throughout their lifespan.
